Wedding Day Footwear for Every Budget

by Alyssa on April 10, 2013

Okay, confession time. I have a serious addiction to shoes. It might be borderline obsession and it’s been that way ever since I can remember. It’s almost to a fault, my closet is seriously overflowing! My poor bf has lost almost all of his space because my “collection” keeps growing! So I think it’s safe to say that I know my stuff when it comes to shoes.

Shoes can be a really tricky part of any outfit and your wedding dress is no different. You don’t want to wear something that has no oomph but you also don’t want to wear something that steals the spotlight or just doesn’t match the theme. Another huge variable of shoes is their price point. If you’ve got the budget, a pair of Louboutin’s could do the trick, but if you don’t want your shoes to cost more than your whole day, you might lean towards a pair of Nina’s. Here is a guide to wedding shoes for every bride’s budget.

Oooo I am loving those blush Badgley Mischkas! I love cute shoes just as much as the next girl, but my BF is shorter than me so I’m going to have the challenge of finding cute flats!

I decided to eschew tradition and I’m going with a Badgley Mischka gladiator sandal. Super cute AND it won’t make me taller than my fiance!

My wedding and reception are outside in the grass! I need to find a cute pair that is doable for that setting…thinking of 3″ heel or shorter! ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!

Hi im looking at your Vintage Swarovski & pearl flats as I didn’t really want to wear very high heels on my wedding day as I have to walk down a lot of steep stairs.
Is there any other peep toe ballets that you could recommend or bridal sandals? I’m looking for a vintage look.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
