In an ideal world, everyone standing beside you at your wedding would be super excited. In a lot of cases this is reality, which is great. Another reality is that your wedding won’t last for the rest of their lives, and as much as your wedding means to you, your attendants probably won’t have much use for martini glasses that say “Jack + Jill 4eva”. So here are some gift ideas that will make the day even more special for them, but that can make other days special as well (and always remind them of your great friendship and the fantastic time they had at your wedding).
1. State Rings
Home sweet home. I love these. It’s an adorable idea in general, but it makes even more sense if you have friends from all over. Personally, my closest friends are from Indiana, Virginia, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Connecticut. And because these are so freaking CUTE, it’s hard to imagine anyone who wouldn’t love them.
These are fun because they’re cute, you can make them in literally any color that’s ever existed, and they’re useful.
3. Superhero PJs
I’m a bit of a nerd and I love things like this. These pajamas aren’t everyone’s cup of tea by any means, but if I were to receive these, I would wear them ALL THE TIME. It’d be cute to have some sort of bachelorette sleepover party with these (talk about another fun and unique bachelorette party idea!).
BONUS if your fiance is being nosy and reading this over your shoulder…
4. For the Manly Men
I’m not a guy, so I’m not sure what the typical suggestions are for groomsmen. But if you’re sick of hearing “cuff links” you might consider money clips. I know someone who gave his groomsmen embossed leather (!) money clips. They are sturdy, useful, and manly looking. Another option is a flask. I like the idea of engraving these. For the beer lovers, a cool looking option is a set of kitchen towels with different beers on them.
